Hannah is the Area Director for SME Banking in Coventry and Warwickshire for Lloyds Banking Group.

She leads a team of Relationship Managers supporting over 1000 local businesses and has responsibility for a business with £153m of lending liabilities. Out of the 108 Area Directors across the country, Hannah is one of only 14 Women who do that job – something that both she and the business are passionate about putting right.

During her session Hannah will share her career journey starting with an unexpected turn of events during her A Levels, her early career in Retail and her progression through Lloyds Banking Group to her current  role where she has delivered transformational change within the team. She will also share some of the challenges she has encountered along the way. She will also give an insight into how Lloyds Banking Group is Helping Britain prosper and the role it is playing in supporting local communities.

Outside of work Hannah is currently enjoying exploring her new home city of Coventry and the surrounding areas, this involves a lot of eating out which as a keen foodie she is not finding too difficult, however at some point she knows she is going to have find a local gym!
