Congratulations Woman Who…Exports Finalist Helen Caton-Hughes of The Forton Group

Each day we are featuring our 2017 Finalists in the various categories.  Our first Finalist in today’s category is Helen Caton-Hughes, of The Forton Group, Finalist in the Woman Who…Exports Category.

Helen Caton-Hughes is the founder of Forton, an international leadership and coaching company based in the Midlands.  Helen’s corporate experience working for organisations like Citicorp equipped her to develop a company which exports globally.  Helen helps people turn their vision into reality – driving delivery in a relaxed and engaging way.  She keeps her feet on the ground by working with leaders at all levels: from graduates, apprentices and high-potentials to Board-level leaders.  Helen is a knowledgeable author and speaker on leadership topics.  She coaches people in public speaking, radio and TV work, career development, confidence, team-work and high-performance behaviours.

What I really like about the Woman Who…Awards is the thorough, yet transparent process. I was invited to nominate myself, and I don’t think I would have done it without that little ‘push’. Yet I’m extremely grateful for that person guiding me in this direction. I’m sure many women are in the same boat – doing what they do, without thinking that somehow they are special. So my advice would be – it’s not about the winning, it’s the taking part and having fun along the way. Good luck to everyone who’s been shortlisted.  Congratulations all! (Helen Caton-Hughes)

Congratulations Helen on being a Woman Who…Export Finalist.

Join Helen and our other Finalists at the Awards Lunch which takes place on Friday 5th May at Coombe Abbey Hotel. Book now for an afternoon of networking, inspiration and celebration.
