Congratulations Caroline Kempster of The Letting People, Woman Who…Networks Finalist

Today we feature the Finalists in the Woman Who…Networks Category.

Meet Finalist Caroline Kempster of The Letting People

I founded The Letting People in 2002 when I discovered a ‘gap’ in the market for a different sort of letting agency.

With a previous background of over 15 years in marketing – I loved building both the business brand, and my personal brand.  And, in 2011 we were proud to gain our trademark certificate.

By 2013 we launched our first franchise office –– and, very importantly, my franchisee training covered the incredible value (personally and for the business) of networking.

I am currently writing a semi-biographical book on Success in Residential Lettings.

“I’m really excited to be a finalist in these awards.  Having recognised the immense power of professional business networking – I’ve found it to be the most effective – and enjoyable – way to find new suppliers, and to gain new clients. In 2016 we’ve found that 45% of our new clients came through networking – and that’s more than a 400% return on investment! You never know where a short conversation is going to lead, and networking is a business skill that I’m passionate about encouraging other owners of SMEs to cultivate.” (Caroline Kempster)

Congratulations Caroline on being a Finalist in the Woman Who…Networks Category.

Support Caroline and our other Finalists at the Awards Lunch which takes place on Friday 5th May at Coombe Abbey Hotel. (Ticket sales have now closed. If you wish to attend the event please Contact Us.)
