Charlotte Armitage, YAFTA (Leeds based so may not travel. Requested Skype)
Charlotte Armitage established YAFTA in 2013. An actress herself, she wanted to set up an academy where she would want to act. Having appeared on Coronation Street and Happy Valley, Charlotte was keen to share her craft with others. She found many academies were expensive and taught by people with no academic background in acting. YAFTA specialises in delivering industry expertise to around 200 students with classes led by tutors with a wealth of experience. The rapidly expanding academy is widely recognised throughout the acting industry.
