Minnie von Mallinckrodt-Grant (Minnie Von Coaching) @MinnieVon

Minnie had a fab career in Global Sales and Marketing working for Blue Chip Companies in Medical devices and diagnostics. She was very well looked after by her employers and learned about sales, marketing, business as well as leading, coaching and mentoring others.

Whilst she loved her career, she always had a desire to work for herself. Minnie wanted more flexibility, especially after she had a child (can you relate?).

Always having a strong work ethic, Minnie was dismayed at working in an environment with people who were miserable and hated their jobs, but they needed the money and felt trapped!

Minnie says: “I believe you choose what you attract in life. I love pushing myself and having adventures. Life is for living. If you are not 100% happy in your work or life, then change it.

Karen Green (The Food Mentor) @KG_FoodMentor

Karen Green is a business mentor, speaker and author of the best selling book ‘Recipe for success – the ingredients of a profitable food business‘.  She has a wealth of commercial experience, having worked both as a buyer for UK retailers such as Tesco and Boots, and commercial director for various food manufacturing businesses supplying UK retail.

She now works with food SME owners and entrepreneurs from start ups to those in need of invigoration enabling them to grow their businesses doing what they love (and she loves!)…. working with food.

Tracey Powiesnik (Core Process) @Core_Process

Tracey left school at 15, bought her first property at 17, has driven and crashed a race car on a track with Jenson Button and has been a guest at a royal wedding.

Tracey P is a sun loving, fun loving, mum to 3 and Nanny to 1. Born in Essex, Tracey realised that it certainly wasn’t the only way! and has since lived in the USA and Middle East.

Her business Core Process’s philosophy is about enabling not labelling people, its focus is on driving engagement and maximising the performance of individuals and teams by developing their emotional intelligence.
