Angela Joyce, (Group Principal & CEO, Warwickshire College Group (WCG))
Angela Joyce joined Warwickshire College Group in April 2015 as Group Principal and CEO.
WCG is one of the largest College Groups in the country with seven Colleges based across the West Midlands. Since Angela’s appointment, the Group has grown and has had successful outcomes from both Ofsted inspection and QAA Review.
Angela was previously Principal and Chief Executive at Peterborough Regional College, where she led the transformation of the Cambridgeshire based College and was noted in the College’s Ofsted report as having “had a profound impact since her appointment in successfully raising the college’s ambition; establishing an ethos of continuous improvement and creating strong and determined focus on improving learners’ outcomes”, while securing the College a consistent ‘outstanding’ rating for its financial health.
Angela was then the youngest further education college Chief Executive & Principal in the country and remains the youngest ever Chief Executive in further education.
Angela began her career working in secondary schools before moving into the further education sector. She has worked at senior level in education for a number of years building significant partnerships at local, regional and national level, specifically with employers.
Angela is a Trustee of World Skills UK, a Board Director of Landex, a member of the Employment and Skills Boards for both the Worcestershire LEP and Coventry and Warwickshire LEP, a CBI Regional Director and Chair of the Midlands Engine Skills Group.
Angela is a keen sportswoman who has competed at international level in athletics and now enjoys horse riding competing in one day events.
Jules White (Compassio)
Jules, is a sales expert and business coach who works with entrepreneurs and ambitious leaders to equip them with the mindset, strategy and skills to reach the next level of growth and revenue.
She’s passionate about helping people to create the impact they desire through a natural selling style based on human conversation and relationship building. Her first book, “Live it, Love it, Sell It” launches in October and Jules is also excited to launch a podcast ‘The Human Conversation’
With 30 years’ sales and leadership experience, along with the accolade of winning investment in the Dragon’s Den, Jules feels privileged to be able to share her knowledge with a global community in an inspirational way that creates a lifetime of value.

In practice since 2003, Sara specialises in helping women lose weight, stress less and energise their lives using a unique combination of food intolerance testing, nutrition, herbal medicine, relaxation techniques and coaching.
Sara runs Intelligent Weight Loss, the only naturopath-led weekly weight loss group, combining scientifically-proven nutritional advice with coaching techniques: a whole-life approach to creating permanent healthy change in body and mind.
Sara also loves to work with children. She lives and works in Leamington Spa with her husband, two children and their dogs.
