Today we are featuring the Finalists in the Woman Who Achieves Growing SME Category sponsored by Leask Accountancy Solutions
Congratulations Victoria Shears, The Rustic Food Company, Finalist in the Woman Who Achieves Growing SME Category Sponsored by Leask Accountancy Solutions
Victoria rose to the ranks before leaving the secure world of catering and hospitality to start her own business in 2014. With no retail experience, she took over ‘The Rustic Food Company’. With a belief that choice shouldn’t be dictated by diet, her menu accommodates appetites as individual as you are. She caters with a conscience, cares about your custom and provides food with feeling, made with love and served with a smile.
Off duty, she’s a wife to Neil and Mum to Laura, 22 and Oliver 18. She lives with the family and their black Labrador Ted in Rugby.
“It’s such an honour to be shortlisted as a finalist for the fourth consecutive year. The recognition and PR as a result of my association with Woman Who has certainly impacted on my business growth and I would urge anyone who didn’t make the finals this year to try again next year, it’s definitely worth it!” Victoria Shears
Congratulations Victoria, we look forward to seeing you at the Awards Lunch.

Julia Leask, the founder of Leask Accountancy Solutions, said
“Having won the Woman Who Achieves Through Networking Award 2018 I was humbled but inspired to get more involved with the local business community and to share my story. Sponsoring the 2019 awards was a no brainer as I want to help other businesses recognise their hidden successes and empower them to only do what only they can do, as they do that best!” Julia Leask
Leask Accountancy Solutions changes chaos into cash by translating numbers into English or pictures. Specifically, Julia helps businesses to identify what sales and profits are being made now, how much more money they want to make and how by working together they can plan to get there faster, smoother and easier than ever before.
