Congratulations Sue Tonks of HydroVeg Kits, Finalist in the Woman Who Achieves Solopreneur (Products) Category. You can see all the Finalists here

With no manufacturing or engineering background Sue built the first Hydroveg Kit just for personal use and interest, never thinking that one year later she would set up a manufacturing company!

HydroVeg Kits grow vegetables 365 days of the year with no digging, weeding, slugs, snails, NO soil and it waters itself!

Based in Nuneaton, Sue currently builds Kits is a small workshop she rents. The Kits are ideal for people who want to eat fresh and healthy food but might not have the time, space, or garden. Its also great for schools and people with mobility difficulties.

There is nothing better than to be accepted in business locally. It is a pleasure to be a Finalist in the Women Who Awards as the quality and standard is amazingly high but the process gives you a great opportunity to reflect on where you are with your business and your future plans.” Sue Tonks
