Our team have delivered exceptionally over the past 18 months through the strategic implementation of a different approach. This award is therefore a fantastic endorsement of how leading a team through this change is both inspiring and ultimately, delivers differential results. The atmosphere in the awards ceremony was fantastic, we all left feeling inspired by the great achievements around us and can’t wait to engage again with next year’s event.” Kathryn Moon
