Teresa Boughey is founder of national award-winning Jungle HR and author of Closing the Gap – 5 Steps to creating an Inclusive Culture. Her mission is to help over 10,000 companies to create an inclusive workplace culture and increase the presence of women into Senior Leadership.
Working with Executive Boards of FTSE 100 and 250 companies during times of change and business transformation, Jungle’s value creation over 10 years has been £3.75m.
Teresa is a UK Female Entrepreneur Ambassador, a member of Woman and Enterprise and Women and Work All Party Parliamentary Groups and is an Ambassador for The Hunger Project.
