Sometimes it’s the little things that matter. How often do you thank your staff for simply being great at what they do in your team?

Here is your opportunity to thank an amazing team member for their contribution by nominating them for a Woman Who Achieves Outstanding Team Member Award. They can be employed by you or be an associate member of your team.

Are you an Outstanding Team Member?

Do you have an Outstanding Team Member in your organisation (an employee, colleague or associate) that you want to recognise?

Here’s what last year’s Winner, Polly George from Creative Nature had to say:

I’m honoured to be chosen as Outstanding Team Member. The key word here is ‘team’ I’m very lucky to be part of a team where my own ambitions are being met, I’m passionate about the brand and I am committed to its continued success.
