This week we’re celebrating the Woman Who Achieves Award Winners.

Congratulations Dawn Simpson-Lane of Lanes Employment Solutions, Winner of the Woman Who Achieves Phoenix Award, a new Award for 2020.

The Woman Who Achieves Awards took place on Friday 2nd October. As we weren’t able to hold a face to face event this year, we took the Awards online.

Congratulations and thank you to all the Winners and Finalists for your support and making this event into an amazing interactive online Awards event.

Lanes Solutions is a small family run HR & Business Consultancy which was started from home by Dawn Simpson-Lane in 2018 with one client and has now grown to support external offices, three permanent members of staff, and engages in a highly collaborative way with true ‘partners’ which gives Lanes the capability to offer a hugely expanded portfolio of services.

Lane’s client base has now escalated to the degree that further growth will shortly come in the form of additional consultants and HR apprenticeships.

Lanes predominantly supports SMEs which lack the qualified and experienced internal knowledge to deal with HR matters.

What the Judges said:

Dawn didn’t nominate herself for this Award. She’s experienced a number of challenges both personally and in business. Each time she’s suffered a knock back, she continues to give to others despite her own difficulties. She’s now working to build her business as a legacy for her daughter.

Congratulations to all the Finalists in this category. It was a particularly hard category to judge in this new category.
