Who inspires you and why?
My 2 boys, George & Henry because they have a thirst for learning, have no fear with big dreams and aspirations for the future.
Every day I learn about the next generation who will be the leaders of the future. I love their natural curiosity and belief that you can achieve anything you want it life.
What’s your biggest achievement?
Finally sacking the boss 2 years ago and becoming solely self-employed to follow my passion.
What’s your top business tip?
Don’t wait for perfection because it doesn’t exist.
Make a start, put pen to paper and keep taking small steps forward every day. Before too long those small steps become giant leaps. Invest in a coach if you want to speed up the process because they are the catalysts for change.
What’s your favourite quote?
“You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think“

What did you want to be when you grew up?
I always wanted to be a Bank Manager, by the time I was 24 I had achieved my dream!
Who would you love to be stuck in a lift with and why?
Robbie Williams, I’ve always told my boys if their Daddy wasn’t their Daddy, Robbie would be! I would also love to tap into his heart and mind to understand his behaviour over the years.
Tell us about an embarrassing moment (one you can laugh about now).
Red wine is my nemesis so I only drink it when I am in a good place.
Whilst on a weekend away in Paris, I drank too much and fell to sleep in the bar, Martin had to carry me back to the hotel.
The same thing happened a few years later when I fell to sleep in the pub window and Martin carried me to the taxi. The rest of the story was a disaster involving white bed linen that looked like a blood bath by the time I had finished being ill…….. Needless to say we’ve never had white bed linen since!
