Woman Who is not about one day in the calendar year and our celebration of the Awards on 1st October at the beautiful Coombe Abbey Hotel in Warwickshire continues.

Congratulations Ladey Adey of Ladey Adey Publications, Winner of a Woman Who Achieves in Networking Award 2021 Sponsored by the Federation of Small Businesses

The Woman Who Achieves & Solopreneur Awards took place on Friday 1st October. This year we held a hybrid event with many joining us in the Marquee at Coombe Abbey and those that couldn’t, joining online.

Congratulations Ladey on your achievements and thank you to all the Winners and Finalists for your support and making this event into an amazing hybrid Awards event.

Ladey is a member the Woman Who Achieves Academy and will continue her journey with Woman Who over the coming months, so watch out for more from Ladey.

Ladey heads up the family business: Ladey Adey Publications where she publishes books for ambitious business people, people who want to write but are overwhelmed and children’s authors. Ladey considers books as friends, she wrote her first book in 2014 and is now writing her eleventh book! She knows books change lives and sees this happen daily with her clients. Ladey, and her team, guide authors through a bespoke Author Mentoring Programme, ensuring they receive 100% copyright, 100% control and 100% royalty with their books ready for Amazon and bookshops. We believe there is a book in everyone!

JUDGES’ COMMENTS
The judges loved the way that Ladey adapted her business through the pandemic – demonstrating 350% in business growth.  She completely understands the challenges faced by people with Dyslexia and has adapted her business model to not only support budding authors overcome their challenges but also to get their idea successfully to market.  It was a 10 out of 10 from us!

Congratulations to all the Finalists in this Category

I was so delighted to be shortlisted as a finalist. To be recognised for something that I am so passionate about is amazing.

The whole experience gives you a huge confidence boost and I would highly recommend anyone who hasn’t nominated themselves for an award before to go for it!
