Each year Woman Who has a number of Special Awards and this year the Judges wanted to award a woman in business who goes above and beyond in the Community.

Congratulations Caroline Keeber of ECHO Anti-Bullying, Winner of a Woman Who Achieves Going Above & Beyond in the Community Award 2021. This week is Anti-Bullying Week so it seems fitting to celebrate Caroline’s win and highlight such an important issue.

The Woman Who Achieves & Solopreneur Awards took place on Friday 1st October at a special hybrid event with many joining us in the Marquee at Coombe Abbey and those that couldn’t, joining online.

Congratulations Caroline on your achievements and for the valuable work that you do. Each of our Finalists carries out amazing work in the Community. Thank you also to all the Winners and Finalists for your support and for making this event into an amazing hybrid Awards event.

I’m Caroline and I am a mother to two beautiful girls and I also own ECHO Anti-Bullying.

Both myself and my daughters were bullied in school and more recently myself in the workplace which in turn gave me the passion for setting up ECHO. My aim is to raise more awareness of bullying and the after-effects by visiting schools and businesses all over and also I intend on trying to change the legislation with regards to punishments after bullying has occurred.

JUDGES’ COMMENTS

Caroline educates on a topic that touches the young, especially where this can trigger serious mental health implications both at the time and later in life. Having gone through bullying herself as a teen and now supporting her own daughters who suffered the same, Caroline writes and educates, visiting schools and businesses around the world.

Congratulations to all the Finalists in this Category

To be a finalist of a special category just blew me away. To be selected from the many fantastic women who I know were nominated is really humbling and very special.  I am looking forward to spending the afternoon in the company of many inspirational women. Thank you for just thinking I go above and beyond. It means so much.
