Woman Who is not just about one day in the calendar year and the celebrations continue throughout the following weeks and months.
Congratulations Julianne Ponan of Creative Nature, Winner of the Woman Who Achieves Internationally Award 2021. Julianne is a previous Winner of a Woman Who Achieves Award, winning the Woman Who Achieves Scale-Up Award in 2019 which was featured earlier this year on a Panorama special.
The Woman Who Achieves & Solopreneur Awards took place on Friday 1st October. This year we held a hybrid event with many joining us in the Marquee at Coombe Abbey and those like Julianne that couldn’t, and joined us online.

Julianne is a young, minority ethnic leader, using her own life experiences to create products that improve and inspire the lives of millions across the UK and Worldwide. Her brand, Creative Nature, produces Top14 Allergy-Free, Vegan snacks and baking mixes that make healthy, tasty eating accessible to over 95% of the population (manufactured without the need of ‘may contain’ warnings on pack).
With awards like The Grocer, Great Taste, Quality Food, and Free From, Julianne has proven that removing life-threatening allergy ingredients from food doesn’t mean a loss in consumer experience or product flavour.
JUDGES’ COMMENTS
With a personal story that drives her business, she has created a high-quality product range but also seeks to change the world for sufferers of life-threatening allergies. As well as product lines in UK high street stores & supermarkets, as an exporting business, she faced the challenge of Brexit head-on and used it as a springboard to grow into new territories in larger volumes. She is seeing her export business grow significantly and has a targeted business plan to further growth.
