I couldn’t be prouder to be shortlisted as a finalist in the Woman Who Achieves Awards for Growing SME, I am very fortunate to be supported by a highly motivated and skilled team at Comply Direct who continually indulge me in our ambitious goals and are a constant reminder of what a group of inspired and engaged individuals can achieve when we all share the same vision and purpose. Sarah Foster joined the business 7 years ago as Sales Manager when the business employed around 10 employees and served around 600 customers across 3 service areas, turning over around £7 million. Today Comply Direct, with Sarah as M.D proudly employees 33 high performing and dedicated staff serving the needs of over 1,400 customers with a wide range of services and a turnover in excess of £27 million.

Since joining the board as commercial director, she has overseen significant growth in the business as well as building team engagement and ensuring that everyone benefits from the teams success. She now leads the business as managing director continuing to drive great team engagement and exploring new opportunities. The business is growing rapidly, in a sustainable market and with potential for further growth.
