Claire was a Winner of a Woman Who Achieves & Solopreneur Awards 2021 for her contribution to the Woman Who Achieves Academy.
Tell me a little about you and what you do?
Claire Cahill is an award-winning Executive Coach and Trainer with over 29 years experience in Financial Services, leading and supporting leadership teams.
As a published author, she specialises in Employee Engagement by tapping into the hearts and minds of her clients to unlock their potential. By playing to strengths, she empowers people to make effective decisions which positively improves performance across the business.
Having run her business since 2012 and using DISC personality profiling to get to know her clients in minutes rather than months, she has a wealth of experience in dealing with transition and overcoming barriers.
What has been your stand out moment of 2021?
Being in a room with all the finalists at the Woman Who Achieves Awards, listening to the inspirational keynote speeches and then receiving my Special Academy award.
Supporting Sandra and the Academy Sisters fills my heart with joy, so to receive recognition was humbling.
What or who would you like to see under your Christmas Tree this year?
Robbie Williams and Jaime Redknapp. My guilty pleasures.
What are you promoting right now?
DISC personality profile and 1-hour coaching session. I am offering all Academy members a special rate of £97 instead of £125. You will leave with an 18-page report which highlights your strengths, development areas, how you best like to communicate and be communicated with as well as 3 graphs to highlight your behaviour in the work environment, a stressful situation and in front of the mirror.
What are you looking forward to most in 2022?
Getting on a plane to Tenerife in March with my 3 BFFs to celebrate them turning 50 in 2022.
