TOP TIPS
Please make sure that you draft your responses to the questions on a separate document, then simply copy and paste them into the Entry Form. Please note that the Entry Form does not save.
The word limits for each question are there for a reason and act as a guide. Use them. One or two sentences isn’t enough for our Judges to consider your entry. They may not have time to read your website and trawl your social channels.
A great entry should share your story (About You), your business story (About the Business) and speak with passion. Don’t forget to share your why, what you’re proud of, your challenges and those all-important financials.
Once submitted, you cannot go back and amend your entry. If you submit it in error, please get in touch
Using AI in your entry
Everyone uses AI and this should be applauded. However, please don’t copy and paste directly from AI as our Judges can spot it a mile off! The other issue is that it gives generalised responses that are not personal to you, especially in the Financial section, where specific information is required.
If you are using AI to assist with your entry, please ensure you tailor the response specifically to you and your business prior to submitting your entry.
What happens next?
Upon receipt your entry will be verified. If we believe that you haven’t made the most of the opportunity, we’ll tell you, and ask you to resubmit your entry. Entries received after 7th February will not receive feedback to resubmit.
Once verified, you will be sent an email to acknowledge your entry along with your ‘Proud to be Nominated‘ logo. Please allow 2-5 working days.
You will then receive a series of emails to help you maximise your visibility during your Woman Who Awards journey.
