Sponsorship Cancellations cannot be refunded as the promotion commences from the point of sale.
Awards Lunch Ticket Cancellations up to mid-day on Friday 19th September 2025 are eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations received after this date/time cannot be refunded as final numbers and dietary will have been provided to the venue. However, you may send someone else in your place or re-sell your ticket.
