Join us for the Woman Who Inspires Online Network, a monthly online gathering created for women in business who want to feel more visible, more confident, and more comfortable being seen and heard.

This one-hour live Zoom session is a space to connect, reflect, and gently stretch into greater visibility — in a way that feels authentic, supportive, and aligned.

Hosted by Sandra Garlick MBE, founder of Woman Who, this session will leave you feeling inspired, encouraged, and ready to take up space in your business and beyond.

This Month’s Focus: Step Into the Spotlight

Stepping into the spotlight doesn’t mean being louder, busier, or everywhere.

It means allowing yourself to be seen, trusting your voice, and owning the value you already bring — whether that’s in conversations, online spaces, meetings, or on stage.

In this month’s session, we’ll explore what visibility really looks like when it’s grounded, intentional, and confidence-building.

We’ll explore:

•  What “stepping into the spotlight” truly means, and common misconceptions
•  How to build confidence and presence without forcing yourself to change
•  The role of personal brand in being remembered
•  Why visibility starts with permission, not perfection
•  Simple, realistic ways to show up more consistently and comfortably

You’ll also hear from members of the Let’s Get Visible ACCELERATE Academy, sharing how stepping into the spotlight has shifted how they see themselves, how they show up, and how others respond to them.

I attended the Woman Who Networking event this morning and was absolutely blown away by the warmth, energy, and authenticity in the room.
