Being a finalist for the Woman Who Achieves Awards has already been such a powerful experience.
Despite feeling under the weather leading up to the interview, I left feeling uplifted, seen, and genuinely valued.
Hearing a judge say they could listen to me talk all day and that my passion was clear, that moment will stick with me. It reminded me why I do what I do. I’m so proud to be part of this inspiring community of women who are showing up, sharing their stories, and cheering each other on.
Just a little note to say thanks for such a slick and smooth process.
I’ve been entering awards since 2022 and never before have I experienced such an organised, well structured and genuinely thoughtful approach. From clearly setting out what to expect, to offering valuable insights into how to prepare for the interviews right through to making most of the awards day itself – and even how to leverage the whole process to support and elevate all the small businesses involved – it’s been incredible!
It’s honestly blown me away and feels like a top notch experience from start to finish and that’s all down to the time, energy and care you’ve clearly poured into it, even when you’re just out of surgery!
I hope you are recovering well and I’m so excited about meeting everyone next month and being a part of the celebrations!

Woman Who AWARDS
Woman Who creates inspirational women in business role models to inspire others.
Woman Who Live & Achieves Awards 2026 takes place on Friday 8th May 2026
(Entries will open on 1st Janaury 2026)
The Woman Who Achieves Awards and the Woman Who Solopreneur Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of Women in Business. Woman Who encourages women in business to recognise their achievements, celebrate their successes, and inspire others by becoming role models.
Woman Who Awards are a little different. If you’ve never entered Awards before, had a bad Awards experience, or simply want to gain visibility, then embark on your Woman Who journey and enter these Awards. First, there are no categories. This means every entrant can be their unique self and you don’t have to pigeon hole yourself into rigid criteria. There are no votes in these Awards and no popularity contents! There is a two-stage independent judging process, including an online interview.
You can enter yourself (be proud of it), as no-one knows your story better than you, you can be entered by a 3rd party, or ask for help to construct your entry.
These Awards are not purely focussed on the financials, although they are business Awards so that information must be included to show it’s a viable business and not just an expensive hobby. However, the focus is on the storytelling. That’s what wows the Judges. Top Tip… use the word limit, that’s what it’s there for. There are more tips along with template entry forms to help you construct your entry. These awards are all about helping you on your Awards journey.
The Woman Who Achieves Awards take place every Spring. The Woman Who Solopreneur Awards take place every Autumn. Check the key dates for each of the awards
Entries are now closed.

Emma Hewitt Business Awards Adviser in Partnership with Woman Who for 2025
Emma works with small business owners to build awards strategies – to boost confidence and visibility, and generate business opportunities. Emma helps them to choose the best awards for their business, learn how to write award-winning entries, and maximise the awards process. She won #SBS and a Woman Who Special Award in 2024
Emma‘s help and guidance has been invaluable – I’ve won two awards, including a Woman Who Soloprenuer Award – as a result of her input!
Having a working document for future award entries has saved me hours of time and is a really valuable business asset.
Emma takes time and care in reading through and commenting on my content, as well as pointing me in the right direction as to what should go where. She is also very willing to give follow up advice and was almost as excited as me when I won! I feel very lucky to have her in my extended business team.

WOMAN WHO ACHEIVES
CELEBRATION & RECOGNITION
“I created these Awards to address all the bad experiences I’d had when I’d entered Awards previously. Think penguin suits, being ignored if you’re not a winner and then absolutely nothing after, not even a photo with my certificate to savour.
So I developed something new, an opportunity for women in business (and men too) to come together to network, build relationships, and collaborate, and a place where everyone who enters who is in the room is recognised and celebrated.
Everyone gets their moment on stage and that all-important photo.”
