The purpose of Talent Transfer is to enable others to successfully navigate their own transition across industries and roles to find work that is more meaningful to them.
Conversely, I also work with organisations to help challenge, educate and inform their approach on strategic talent management to encourage a more diverse workforce and ensure they are fit for purpose for future requirements.
My own experiences of moving across high performance sport to financial services and to construction has proved this hypothesis, and I share these lived experiences through lectures, workshops and coaching.
