I’ve been learning all about Blue Zones and the key to longevity, coupled with the Japanese theory of Ikigai, meaning a reason for being and living one’s life purpose. My thinking is that this can easily be applied in business.

In January 2024, I announced my word for this year… Intentional. My reason was to make everything I do this year intentional to my health, my wealth, and my happiness.
